This is a less intense program to help build your base, keep up your consistency and maintain fitness. If you desire more, Revolution Running will be there to help you achieve your goals.
Weekly group run workouts can be used to train for anything from a 5K to the marathon.
Pick an end of season 10K, half or full marathon goal race plus Boston Marathon specifics for those registered.

* At 7:15, after the group run, Krissy will share some Tips and Tricks to train for your First Ultra as well as providing information about our initial Bellingham group program.

Interested runners must have:
- Ability to run at least 2 miles at 13 min/mile or under.
- Email account that accepts Google calendar.
