Summer/Fall Training Take your running to the next level by focusing on a half or full marathon or simply continue staying fit while having fun over the summer. Includes trail running/ultra options, several group trips both locally and out of state plus regular socials and the usual great training and coaching.
Winter Run Training This is a less intense program to help build your base, keep up your consistency and maintain fitness. Join weekly group workouts with a Half Marathon distance goal race offered at the end if you desire to keep your competitive juices flowing. Marathon training suggestions for those training for the longer distance will also be given.
Winter Multisport Training Revolution Running's Winter Multisport Program is created to help keep your biking and swimming from becoming rusty over the cold months. Instead of having to run outdoors everyday or brave the gym alone, become part of our program to get you ready to compete during the Spring and Summer of 2015.
