Winter Training Less intense program to build your base and keep up your consistency. Join weekly group run workouts with a Half Marathon distance goal race offered at the end if you desire to keep your competitive juices flowing. Full marathon training suggestions will also be included.
Spring Training Use our 10 week program for your best ever BolderBOULDER or opt for the 12 week program to prepare for longer half or full distance using the BB10K as a training event. Plenty of other goal races to choose from and an incredibly supportive group to train with.
