Winter Run Training This is a less intense program to help build your base, keep up your consistency and maintain fitness. Join weekly group workouts with a Half Marathon distance goal race offered at the end if you desire to keep your competitive juices flowing. Marathon training suggestions for those training for the longer distance will also be given.
Winter Multisport Training Revolution Running's Winter Multisport Program is created to help keep your biking and swimming from becoming rusty over the cold months. Instead of having to run outdoors everyday or brave the gym alone, become part of our program to get you ready to compete during the Spring and Summer of 2015.
Spring Training Take things up a notch towards your spring goals from big local favorites such as the BolderBoulder 10K, Colorado Half and Full plus an array of late spring half or full goal races across the country. Join in with others of similar ability in a fun and very welcoming atmosphere and a coach to help guide you along the way .
