Revolution Running is a running training club for all abilities, who want to improve, meet others and have fun in a coached group training environment.
Members can choose from five ability groups and attend up to three group workouts per week. Groups are available in Boulder, E. Boulder Cty (Erie/Lafayette/Broomfield), Longmont, Denver, and Littleton.
4 time winner of Competitor Magazine Mountain West Region’s ‘Best Running Club.’
We offer 3 seasonal programs each year; Spring, Summer/Fall and Winter.

Meet the founders
Head Coach and Director Ewen North has run since the age of 7, has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science, and has coached thousands of runners through coaching with Adams State College, the University of Nebraska, local notables, and since 2005 as director of RevolutionRunning. Together with his wife, Heather North who is an accomplished athlete and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Revolution Running is headed by two very supportive, driven, and skilled individuals. Ewen and Heather have also made sure that all coaches they select have a successful background in running and can effectively lead other runners. Revolution Running stops at nothing to make this club the best it can be.

We are here to put integrity into coaching, proving that there is no "secret training schedule", and show that old-fashioned fun and hard work can get you to your personal best. Our training programs are simple and easy to follow coupled with experienced coaches who will help guide you through regardless of your ability level.
Our primary training philosophy is to constantly vary workouts within a lively social setting. This keeps the body adapting to new challenges and the enjoyment level high.
We will be offering three main program each year, Winter, Spring and Summer/Fall, each one with a different training emphasis and series of goal races.
