Summer/Fall Training 2022

20 Week Program, June 20 - November 6

Program Outline

Join us this summer and fall to take your running goals and aspirations to the next level.
Train towards one of our approved half or full marathon goal races or a race goal of your own choosing.
This program can also be used towards a 5K or 10K goal, other races of your own choosing or simply to stay fit with a fun and social group.

*PLEASE NOTE:
There will be a break from in-person workouts June 30-July 5 over July Fourth weekend and Sept 1-6 over Labor Day weekend.

PLEASE NOTE - Training locations vary every week. Details will be included in a weekly email with information about the upcoming week.  Weekly locations are also available on our mobile app and members area of our website.

Pace Groups

Choose a pace group which is closest to your realistic goal race pace.
Each pace group is assigned an experienced and friendly coach to help guide you, offer advice and motivation. Coaches are also available via email for additional questions and help.

- 7 min/mile or faster  (Sub 45 10k/1:30 half/3:00 full)
- 8 min/mile pace (Sub 50 10k/1:45 half/3:30 full)
- 9 min/mile pace (Sub 55 10k/2:00 half/4:00 full) 
- 10 min/mile pace (Sub 60 10k/2:15 half/4:30 full)
- 11:00 min/mile pace (Sub 70 10k/2:30 half/5:00 full)
- 12 - 13 min/mile pace (Sub 80 10K/2:50 half/5:40 full)
*Times and paces are approximate.
* Pace groups may be combined where it makes sense.

  • Fortitude 10K - TBA
  • Equinox Half Marathon - Sept 18
  • St George Marathon - October 1
  • Portland Marathon and Half - October 2
  • Arches Half (Moab, UT) - October 8
  • BoulderThon Marathon and Half- October 9
  • Chicago Marathon - October 9
  • Group Trip race - Indianapolis Marathon and Half - November 6
  • NYC Marathon - November 6

We will also encourage participation in the following training races:

  • Classic 10K (Colo Spgs) - July 23
  • Georgetown to Idaho Springs Half - Aug 13

Group Trip Event

The official fall 2022 group trip will be to Indianapolis Marathon and Half on November 6th, an incredibly flat and fast course in a fun and vibrant city. Times produced at this event are even better than at Chicago! (Participants must secure their own race entires and accommodation).
​Details of the trip will be provided after the program starts.

  • GROUP TRAINING before 06/13/2022:  $289 | After $309
  • ONLINE ONLY: $139
