Program Outline

Get ready for end of spring season goals from the 10K to the full marathon distance, or use the program to ramp up towards bigger summer and fall goal races.
​This training program can also be used to work on 5K speed, other races of your own choosing or simply to stay fit with a fun and social group.

Pace Groups

Choose a pace group which is closest to your realistic goal race pace.
Each pace group is assigned an experienced and friendly coach to help guide you through workouts, offer advice and motivation. Coaches are also available via email for additional questions and help.

  • 7 min/mi or faster (Sub 45 10k/1:30 half/3:00 full)
  • 8 min/mile pace (Sub 50 10k/1:45 half/3:30 full)
  • 9 min/mile pace (Sub 55 10k/2:00 half/4:00 full) 
  • 10 min/mile pace (Sub 60 10k/2:15 half/4:30 full)
  • 11:00 min/mile pace (Sub 70 10k/2:30 half/5:00 full)
  • 12 - 13 min/mile pace (Sub 80 10K/2:50 half/5:40 full)
*Times and paces are approximate.
* Pace groups may be combined where it makes sense.

Goal Races

  • ​Platte Riv​er Half Marathon - April 2nd
  • Horsetooth Half Marathon - April 16th
  • Boston Marathon - April 17th (For those qualified)
  • Colorado Marathon and Half - May 7
  • Colfax Marathon, Half and Relay - May 21 (Group focus event)
  • Bolder Boulder 10K - May 29 (Group focus event)
  • Revel Rockies Marathon and Half* - June 3 *(You will need to do some downhill training for this event!)
Schedules can also be used for other events on or near these race dates.

Spring Program Fees 

  • before 03/13/2022:     $189  |  After: $209
  • Online Only Training:         $114

Current members receive a 15% discount.*
