Spring 18 Training Schedules
All Training Schedules are on google calendars. You will need to first set up a google Calendar account if you do not already have one. Use this link: Google Calendar
Schedules will appear in 3 or 4 week increments.
Runners will follow the "General" schedule unless otherwise indicated with goal race specifics. E.g. If you are training for Canyonlands or Boston Marathon, specifics for that race will appear as a separate item on the calendar so you can see what to do, along with being able to view what the rest of the group will be doing.
If you need further schedule adjustments for goals that are well outside the general parameters of the training program, please contact your coach or [email protected]
