  • Racing Towards a Cure 5K, Denver: Denver runner Jeff D'Addario, won this race even after going off course. Official time of running an extra tenth+ was 18:50 but Jeff thinks his actual 5K time was more like 18:15. Pretty good.
  • Cohasset By The Sea 10K, Massachusetts: Rosalyn Gill spends half her working life in Boston and took in this local 10K, finishing in a PR of 1:00:19. Great work Rosalynn.
  • Napa Valley Silverado Half Marathon, Calistoga CA: Dianne Kirsch ripped a new half PR in 2:12. Congrats Dianne.
  • Rome Marathon, Rome Italy: Noah Pene ran his first ever marathon in an impressive 3:24:43 and Kasia Lunquistrocked another very solid 3:32:11. Great work guys.

  • Snowman Stampede 5M, Littleton: Quite a few Rev Runners came out to race. Two 3rd place A.G's for Denver runnersTanya Kern in 37:36 and Tory Bantz in 38:44, Susan Babcock ran 45:52 for 5th A.G.
  • Snowman Stampede 10M, Littleton: Amy Lease won the Western Region Senior Grand Masters 10 Mile Championships in 1:24.34, Nikki Spiers ran a huge 7 min PR in 1:35.14, Irene Soesilo ran a solid 1:38.07
  • Winter Series VI, Colorado Springs: 10K - Team Physical Therapist and coach Heather North continued her comeback with a 2nd pl A.G. on a very tough course in 50:28.
  • 20K - The ever impressive Ginny Landes rocked it again for 1st A.G. in 2:01.08. Congrats tough ladies.
  • Frozen Foot 5K, Boulder: Fresh off the 60+ women's team win at last weeks USA XC Champs, Nancy Antos ran 26:19 for 2nd A.G. during her long run training for Boston.
  • Rocky Racoon 50 Mile, Texas: Missed from last week, Coach Karen Kantor smashed things up with 4th pl overall female! Congrats Karen
  • Red Hot 55K, Moab: Another missed result from last week and highlighting the amazing ultra runners we have on the RR coaching staff, Hillary Allen finished 3rd Overall female. Super impressive!
  • USA Cross Country Championships, Boulder: Revolution Running Women's Masters Team 60+ took him the win and gold medals for Nancy Antos, Amy Lease, Edie Stevenson, Lynne Kidder, Deb Hathaway. 
  • Revolution Running Men's Masters Team 50+ took 2nd place and silver medals for  Brian Bell, Jeff Rheiner, Fred Beavers, Richard Luck, Tom O'banion and Michael Keilson
  • Red hot 55K, Moab: Big boss on the ultra scene, RR coach John Fitzgerald took 7th place.
  • UW Husky Invite, Seattle: A pair of RR coaches went to this indoor track meet, representing our elite partner groupHudson Training Elite (HTS Elite). Nikki Codd ran her first track meet in several years winning her flight in 2:08. Maggie Callahan competed in the 3000m recording 9:20 which I believe is a PR. Congrats fast ladies!
  • Ralston Valley 1/2 Marathon, Arvada: Sarah Fish returned from injury and snagged a very good 12th lace A.G on an icy course in 2:02. She is well on her way back. Congrats Sarah.
  • Other Rev Run racers included Aaron Garnett in 1:31:16, good enough for 3rd A.G., John Loverich in 1:39:48 scoring 8th pl A.G. and Sarah Hiam rocking a 2:24:08. Great work all.
  • Valentines Day 5K, Denver: Jena Lougee ran 24:44 for 4th pl A.G. and fellow Littleton runner, Bobbie Hickman ran a solid 27:15 for 7th pl A.G. Great job ladies.

  • Yeti Chase 5K: Littleton runner Ginger O'Malley clocked a solid 25:39. New Thornton based member, Valorie Plesha ran 34:57. Congrats 
  • Pike Peak Road Runners Winter Series #2:  Ginny Landes (long series) 2nd AG and Heather North (short series) 3rd AG.
  •  Swift Skedaddle Snowshoe 10K, Silvethorne: Denver groups Val Shockley donned the snow shoes again for an excellent 4th place A.G. finish in 1:32:51. Good work Val.Houston 1/2 Marathon, TX: Littleton based runner, Cindy Sahli cracked her first ever half in a great clocking of 2:05:48. Excellent start Cindy and much more to come yet. Congrats!!.
  • Prairie Dog 1/2, Louisville: Literally in our back yard, the race took runners on a tour of Louisville. Not a fast course though. John Loverich 1:34:10, Alastair Norcross 1:51:55 taking it somewhat easy, Ginny Landes 2:00:10, 1st A.G.!!, Lark Dunham 2:03:03, Steve Stearns 2:05:53 to qualify comfortably for Pikes Peak Accent, Nancy Renken2:11:44 to celebrate her birthday!, Dianna Norcross 2:17:32 on a training run, Sarah Hiam 2:22:48. Well done to all.
  • Frosty's Frozen 5 Mile: Quite a few Denver and Littleton runners did this one. Michel Doyon finished in a quick 33:26,Amy Lease ran a fast 39:15 to take the A.G. win and with it the RRCA 5 mile champion title. Congrats Amy. Only just behind Amy a pair of Littleton RR training buddies took 1st and 3rd respectively in their A.G., Jena Lougee in 39:54 andBobbie Hickman in 44:08. Great racing ladies and good team work. Splitting those two was Denver's Nikki Spiers in 42:17, which is probably a PR?
  • Frosty's Frozen 5 Mile: Scott Grado braved the long race in a solid 1:49.31. 
  • Carlsbad Half Marathon, CA: Another 1/2 marathon cherry popped here, this time for Mike Spratt running a very fast 1:44:57 only a month from turing 61. Congrats Mike. He has been looking great in training lately and is probably about to be booted from Heather's group.
  • One lady party, Ingrid Femenias wasn't far behind Mike in a very solid 1:47:46. 
  • Naples Half Marathon, FL: MIA Denver speedster, Russ Stein surfaced in Florida to record a very quick 1:12:36. Nancy Antos ran a good race in 1:57.24, not far off her best.
  • U.S. 100K Trail Champs, Bandera, TX: Coach John Fitzgerald used his new altitude lungs to great affect, finishing 6th place in 9:42. Congrats John.
  • Pikes Peak Road Runners Winter Series #1:  Ginny Landes (long series) 1st AG and Heather North (short series) 3rd AG.
  • Quicker Quaker 5K, Lafayette: Jeff Rheiner 20:58 for a fantastic 2nd A.G., new Rev Runner, Spencer case finished in21:55, Alastair Norcross ran 22:47 racing more for fun while taking training easier, Littleton runner, Jena Lougee ran a very good 24:26, recent running convert, Alex Conley ran 25:36 and his better half, Alysia Marino finished in 28:33,Diana Norcross, also taking things a tad easier ran 28:57.
  • Polar Prowl Half Marathon, Arvada: In what I believe is her debut half, Kim O'Rouke completed the 13.1 distance in2:13. Congrats Kim.

  • Cal International Marathon (Sacramento CA): Some incredible results coming put of this one. Dan Kopelovecompletely shattered his old PR by over 20 minutes, running an amazing 3:02 and qualifying for Boston in the process. Dan trained with the Mulisport group all summer and was pushed by training partner Agave the dog.
  • Tanya Kern wasn't too far behind Dan, also rocking a 6 min PR and a BQ to boot in a lightening fast 3:20. Tanya has worked hard for that after being frustrated by injuries over the past few years. Great result.
  • Rev Run's resident Mental Training Coach, Ashley Corn running her first marathon in a few years ran a speedy 2:56.
  • Rock Canyon Half, Pueblo: Some impressive results for a VERY cold race. Sacha Mittelman fresh off her Twin Cities Marathon success ran a solid 1:58 and Littleton group runner Ginger O'Malley ran a very good 2:4 proving she has recovered from a very tough health situation 6 months ago.
  • Santa to the Sea Half, Oxnard, CA: A reported cold start for Val Shockly, ripping a new age 40 PR in 1:39:10. She trainined with Tany Kern among others, her hard training and focus also paying off. Congrats Val.
  • ColderBOLDER 5K, Boulder: Many of the races were run in sub zero or single figure temps. Despite this, there were still one or two 5K PR's. Amazing!

  • American Heart Association 5k (Boston):  Rosalynn Gill ran a 28:08 with slow stop start due to crowded turns!
  • Home Sweet Home 5K, Denver: In her last blast out before the Big Sur Half,Tami Balsius proved amazing fitness by running sub 22 min for the first time and finished top female in a very fast 21:50. Congrats and great running Tami!
  • Longmont Turkey Trot 10K, Longmont: Celebrated Longmont resident Mary Poolran an impressive 30 second PR to finish in 55:24 for third in her A.G. Congrats Mary, still improving!
  • New York City Marathon, New York, NY: If you watched the race live you will have seen that windy conditions hampered the runners. Despite that some amazing PR's from Eileen Coleman who ran 17 mins quicker than ever before in4:14. Ann Gibson ran spectacularly well not far behind Eileen in 4:20. I think that may have been her debut marathon? Theresa Mayer ran a 5:09 not a PR this time but she has been too busy of late to put in all the required training. Big congrats to all of you.
  • Mountain Masochist 50 Mile Trail Run, Lynchburg, VA: Super Trail Runner Jenny Primm returned back east for this legendary 50 miler (52.3 officially!!), finishing in an amazing 11:45. The name of the race says it all. HUGE congrats on an incredible accomplishment Jenny.
  • Ironman Florida, Panama City FL: In his first full Ironman distance, Scott Murphyn put all of his training and mental and physical toughness to the test and finished in an amazing 14:00. Great work Scott. I'm sure you will be back for another one. 
  • Heart Half and 10K, Loveland: Half - Tim Mullen continues on his improvement curve with another PR of 2:09, new RR member and unfortunate grad student of Alastair Norcross's, Spencer Case ran a PR in 1:39.10K - Yet another PR for Run Cat Diana Norcross in 55:15 after completing the Wineglass Marathon last month. Hubby Alastair Nocross ran an unofficial PR of 44:14 according to his "Garmin" and "not hearing the start." Mary Kohl had a great race after running RnR Denver Half two weeks ago, went sub 60 for the first time in 59:49 for an impressive 4 min PR!!
  • Marine Corps Marathon, Washington D.C.: We had several Rev Runners in the Capitol for this race. Only 3 weeks after running Wineglass Jackie Mironescu gave it another go, this time running 4:09, which is a PR. RR couple,Bridget Leigh and Mark Yarrish ran together for most of the race and finished in4:10 and 4:16 prospectively, Bridget showing who's boss in this one! 
  • Personal coaching client Laura Sweltz running in her first marathon and only having taken up running again after a 3 year hiatus achieved her goal of Sub 5:00in 4:58. Congrats to all.
  • Surf City 10 Mile, Huntingdon Beach, CA: Denver runner Val Shockly proved her recent hard work by running 1:16:48, 5:26 faster than last year. Great run Val.
  • NYC Marathon Kick-Off 5 Miler: Linda billera went back to the Big Apple to run this 5 miler kick off event for this weeks NYC Marathon. Her goal was sub 50 and she did that in 49:42. Congrats Linda.

  • Toronto Waterfront Marathon. Full - Alysia Marino 4:56 in her debut. Great result i her first attempt. Half - Alex Conley 1:59 for an excellent 20 min PR. Congrats guys.
  • MVP Womans Festival of Running 5K (US Masters 5K Champs, Syracuse NY) The amazing Amy Lease finished 4th A.G and a new PR of 23:04. Congrats Amy, that hard training really paid off.
  • Portland Marathon: Great run by Aaron Garnett to score a new PR of 3:01(improvement of over 3 mins) and a Boston Qualifier (BQ). 
  • St George Marathon (UT): New bests for everyone from RR who ran this event,Derek Chicchitto, 3:05 HUGE PR of 25 mins!! (and only 30 secs from a BQ, arrgh), Coach Kelly Luck, 3:12 for an amazing 16 min PR, Kasia Lunquist, PR'ed by 5 mins in 3:22, Erika Morreale, 3:33 PR (think it was her debut?),Ingrid Femenias 3:55 for a 1 min PR and agonizingly only 26 ses off a BQ

  • UROC 50K (Breckenridge): Ellen Helgen rocked her first ultra race in this very tough 50K. Reported conditions of ankle deep snow made it even tougher and all the more reason to congratulate Ellen on an amazing accomplishment.
  • Bear Chase 50K (Lakewood): Joey Begg proved her ultra pedigree again with atop 30 O.A. finish and 8th in her A.G. in 8th place. Her finishing time was a lightening fast 5:10. In prep for another Ultra, Jenny Primm took 28 mins off her previous 50K best finishing in 6:02 for 4th in her A.G. Congrats Jenny, you are one tough lady.
  • Bear Chase Half (Lakewood): Shawn Grafitti did the half for fun, took a wrong turn and end up running 14 miles. Still she was happy to race and just to be out there.
  • Berlin Marathon (Germany): The Bell/Campbell duo of Brian and Angie headed across the pond for one of the worlds greatest marathons. This race saw the World Marathon Record tumble to an insane 2:03:23. Only a little more than an hour off that time, they cross the line together in 3:26. Brian qualified for Boston in his first ever marathon. Congrats to the both of you.
  • Prairie Dog Half (Westminster): David May proved great fitness ahead of the Chicago Marathon taking 5th O.A and 1st A.G, dropping his altitude PR by 9 mins to record 1:25:35. Congrats Dave. The infamous Norcross duo, Alastair andDiana in their last training race before the Wineglass Marathon ran 1:51:25 and 2:13:9, Alastair taking 4th place A.G. Sam Shaw won his A.G in 1:53. Great run Sam.
  • Aspen Golden Leaf 1/2: Coach Rob Vermillion stomped the trails in 1:48, Lyle Rosbotham ran 2:28:30 taking 5th A.G and Sarah Hiam ran 3:34.
  • Fox Cities Marathon (Appleton WI): Henry and Margaret Romero traveled north for their fall marathon exploits, Henry recording an excellent 3:21 and wifeMargaret only 30 minutes behind him in 3:53, which is a PR!! Congrats to you both.
  • Redman 70.3 Triathlon (Oklahoma City): Shannon Lundsford outdid himself at his first 70.3 triathlon distance going well inside his goal of 7 hours in 6:47. Great race. Congrats Shannon.
  • Back to Football Run 10K (Denver): Huge congratulations to Denver runnerJohn McDaniel for running his first EVER race, completing the 10K in 1:11:26 with an 11:30 average pace and no walk breaks. This is a big deal to John as he only recently started running for health reasons. His commitment and determination is an inspiration to the rest of us.
  • Harvest Moon Triathlon (Aurora):  Aquabike Emily Janus came back from injury in style with a swim and then bike, finishing an extremely impressive 4th in her A.G. Good to see you back at it Emily, congrats.
  • 70.3 Half Iron Distance Coach Abby Beattie rocked this one only a few weeks after getting married to fellow coach Tyler Haughness, finishing 11th OA and 1st AG. Awesome job, congrats Abby, that is how Rev Run Multisporters do their honeymoon!. Not to be outdone, new hubby Tyler was a very impressive 2nd in his AG. Great team work. Competing in his first ever 70.3, Dan Kopelove crushed it for 4th AG. Great way to start Dan. Jose Solis kept the good results going with 19th AG and biked an excellent 3:01 New member to the group Mark Yarrish was 5th in the Big Boy Division aka Clydesdale. His partner in crime. Bridget Leigh redeemed herself and beat Mark by 2 minutes. Coach Jenni Keil is calling the score even at this point!  
  • Imogene Trail Run 17 miles (Ouray):  Richard Luck was 10th in his A.G in 3:39and lover of all things trail, Sarah Hiam ran 5:51. BTW - that's 17 miles with 5300ft of elevation gain!!
  • Doggy Dash (Boulder Rez): Jill Daugherty ran with her pooch for a little fun. although with a 9am start it was alittle warm for both dog and owner.
  • Ragnar Relay (Breckenridge) Mary Poole ran on a shortened team of 9 people (compared to a full team of 12) and still managed to finish 47/200 teams. Sounds like a fun event.
  • American Memorial Triathlon (Greenwood Lake, NY).  Don Gaiti placed a very good 3rd A.G. in his native state, using his altitude lungs to great affect.
  • Highlands Ranch Half (Highlands Ranch): Quite a few of the Littleton group ran in this one as a good training race for their fall goals. Bret Stevens 1:53:55 in a good run on his way to Twin Cities Marathon, Rachel Allen 1:57:50, beating her previous sea-level best on her way to this years Portland Marathon. Denise Starck ran 2:06:20, taking more than 14 minutes off her previous half best - extremely impressive!! Scott Grados ran what I believe to be his first half marathon (?) finishing in a very good 2:07:25 4th A.G.
  • Sunset Triathlon (Boulder):  Barb Lavoie continues to post amazing results this season on her way back from an horrific bike accident. This time she won her age group and qualified for the USAT National Champs. Way to go Barb, incredible and proof in the pudding of all the hard work and great training the entire RR Multisport Team has put in this year. Barbs husband Blair impressed in his very first triathlon, finishing 7th in his A.G. Great job Blair. 
  • Park to Park 10 Mile (Denver): Tanya Kern (sister of ("fast Russ) ripped a very good 1:17:22, Denver group training partner Tami Blasius was right behind her in 1:18:01 Gwyn Barley averaged an excellent 9 minute pace to record 1:30 for this rolling 10 miler.
  • Coal Creek Crossing 10 Mile (Louisville): Alexander Witz ran a very impressive 1:36:57 on this rolling dirt course which uses a lot of the Boulder groups run route from Superior Town Hall on the Coal Creek Trail.

  • Erie 13.1 (Erie CO): Jenni Keil took the win in the women's race in 1:30 which is also a course record . Mark Heinz ran a solid 2:08:51.
  • 10K @ 10,000ft (Vail): Ellen Helgen and Ellie Landau blasted up to the mountains to do this as training for their Ultra races coming up. Also racing wasShawn Grafitti finishing in 1:17:41.
  • Lean Horse 50K (South Dakota): Denver runner Joey Begg took 2nd female. Huge congrats Joey on an incredible achievement. (Can't find results for time).
  • IronGirl Sprint Triathlon: Roselynn Gill raced to a great time in 1.47, Livia Hall finished 9th out of 40th in her AG to finish in 1:32
  • Pikes Peak Ascent (Manitou Springs): In case you didn't know, this is 13 miles up to 14,000ft and one beast of a race. Chris Grauch 2:33 for an outstanding 6th place O.A, Henry Romero 3:42, Scott Jacobson 4:19, Jenni Primm 4:24, Lyle Rosbotham 4:27, Ginny Landes 4:34 1st A.G!!!, Anu Sharma 4:41, Jose Solis 1:48:14, Eileen Coleman 5:17 
  • Pikes Peak Marathon (Manitou Springs): Up and down the 14,000ft peak. One of America's toughest races, Sam Shawfinished an unbelievable 6th place in his age group in 7:48. He was worried he wouldn't be able to make it. Huge congrats Sam. You're an animal.
  • Rattlesnake Triathlon (Aurora): Mark Yarrish finished in 2:48 in what I believe is is first triathlon after joining the RR Multisport group only a month or so ago.Bridget Leigh finished in 3:18. They both came back the next day for the Sprint Triathlon, Mark finishing in 10th spot in his A.G this time in 1:14 and Bridget finished 20th in her A.G in 1:23 for excellent back-to-back efforts. Congrats guys!
  • Georgetown to Idaho Springs Half: We took a big group of RR runners to this event with lots of success. Ewen North 1:16.28, 10th O.A, Kelly Luck 1:31.31 new GTIS best and 4th A.G, Richard (Dad) Luck unknown time, Nick Crowl 1:37:30 running while sick!!, Jeff Rheiner 1:37:44 9th A.G, Jose Solis1:48:14, Amy Lease 1:48:37 for an incredible 3rd A.G, Sacha Mittelmanunknown time but prob around 1:50 during an 18 mile training run!, Ingrid Femenias 1:55:39, Kim Hartzell 1:58:09, Katie Frye 1:59:02 2nd best 1/2 ever,Helan Kim 2:02:01, Mary McAllister 2:13:05, Ian Wilson 2:15:59, Jeff Berlin2:17 New PR by 1 min 34, Nancy Renken 2:19:41 after limited training this summer, Dawn Clark 2:21:08, Linda Billera 2:23:25, Jenn Thompson 2:24:08 beating out hubby Fraser Thompson in 2:24:34, John Lay 2:28:42 after 6 weeks off for eye surgery, Joan Wolbier 2:29.04 New PR by 38 seconds thanks also to the work of coach Tyler Haughness, Tracy Davis 2:29:59 Kelly Crowl 2:30:46.
  • Mt. Sneffels Half (Ouray): Tim Mullem crushed a new 6 min PR at this event for 2:19:07. Awesome running Tim!
  • Duathlon World Champs (Ottawa, Canada): Coach Kevin Weed, 10th place A.G. at World Champs!! Amazing. Congrats Kevin you rock and showed the rest of us how to get it done.
  • Triathlon National Champs (Milwaukee, WI): Nancy Lucero put all her hard work to effect for 20th place A.G. Huge congrats Nancy, super impressive!
  • Outdoor Diva Triathlon: Shawn Grafitti finished an excellent 14th A.G.
  • Boulder 70.3 Triathlon: RR athletes completely tore it up at this event with huge PR's for everyone. Becky Emerle finished in 5:39, right behind her with an incredible post accident performance in her first 1/2 Iron was Barb Lavoie in 5:40 for 6th place in her A.G, Kristy Peterson went 5:51, 40 minutes better than her goal off very limited training, Jackie Mirsonescu PR'ed by 22 minutes for 5:54 and Scott Murphy posted the most dramatic improvement going from 7:20 to a whopping 6:08 this year! Congratulations to all. You are all superstars!!.
  • Steelhead 70.3 (Michigan): Ann Craig competing in her first half iron since the birth of her first child had a good but eventful race recording  a new bike PR but going off course on the run, finishing in 7:03.
  • Beach to Beacon 10K (Maine): Russ Stein, 33:48 for 2nd in A.G. in a very fast and competitive national class race.
  • Boston Triathlon - Sprint: Rosalyn Gill finished 9th in her A.G in an impressive 1:43:55.

  • Flatiron 4 mile XC (Boulder): The entire Geer family got stuck into this cross country race put on by Boulder Running Co. Stuart finished 2nd A.G in 27:15 and son Gavin at only 9 years old was first in his A.G in  31:44. Daughter Lilly finished 30th overall in the womens event and 3rd A.G. in 37:54. Other Rev Runners included a  great battle between Tom O'Banyon in 29:09 and Fred Beavers in 29:30, finishing 2nd and 3rd A.G respectively.
  • Boston Triathlon: Rosalynn Gill traveled all the way to Boston to rock her triathlon in 1:43
  • Human Race 10K (Fort Collins): Mike Spratt headed north to get a 50 second PR of 46:34 also winning his 60+ A.G. Great running Mike!
  • Buffalo Stampede 5K (Grand Lake): Lyle Rosbotham continued his impressive streak, winning his A.G. in 24:45. Wife Joan Wolbier also raced placing an excellent second in her A.G.
  • LA Sportiva Eldora 10K Trail Race (Eldora): Trail group runners Ginny Landes and Mary Poole crossed the line together taking first and second in the same age group. Ginny won last year so gave Mary the spot this year along with the winning a pair of trail shoes.
  • Mt Falcon 15K (Morrison): New Denver area runner, David May finished in  an amazing 6th O.A and 1st A.G. in only 1:21:55. Dave has been flying in training too!
  • BRR All-comers Track Meet (Boulder): Virginia Schultz took on the 100m dash again and got a new best of 19.6. Bolt beware!
  • BRIGHTON PHOENIX 10K (U.K.):  Alastair Norcross 47:08, Diana Norcross 55:36 (Huge PR!)
  • Epic Rocky Mountain Relay: As part of a team, Sacha Mittelman crushed 19 miles above 11,000ft. No easy task.
  • Aspen Valley Half Marathon (Aspen): Denver runner Val Shockly ran a very good 1:49.
  • Shoreline Multisport Half Marathon (NY): Online Runner Amy Moore rocked a great time of 1:50 despite very humid conditions.
  • VAIL HALF MARATHON - Trail (Vail): Coach Chris Grauch 1:42 (4th O.A, 1st A.G.), Nicole Folino 2:52. 
  • SILVER RUSH 50 MILE RUN (Leadville): Coach Rachel Dehner 10:25 for an incredible 15th O.A. woman and 6th A.G.!! Coach Heather North 12:17 after suffering through the torrential rain and cold. Phil Kazmier 13:39, battling through 2 hours of cold and rain. All are super tough beats for completing this one.
  • SILVER RUSH 50 MILE MTB (Leadville): Ewen North 4:51 for 66 O.A. and 18th A.G. in first MTB race in 20 years.
  • BOULDER PEAK TRIATHLON: Mimi Depauw 2:58 (26th A.G), Barb Lavoie 2:48 (5th A.G.!!), Scott Murphy 2:57 (41st A,G). Well done guys. Great racing.

  • Vail Hill Climb:  Lyle Rosbotham continues to show his trail strength with a 1:23. Ginny Landes racked up another age-group place: 3rd at 1:34 and  Anu Sharma ran a really strong race in 1:27 (Garmin-less). 
  • Esprit de She 10k (Cherry Creek):  Poor course measurements were apparent again, but everyone had great race results today.  Katie Frye, 50:12. Eiling TeBockhorst, 50:25.
  • Superior Downhill Mile:  Nick Crowl set an all-time mile best in 4:43 just ahead of rival Keith Hoffman who posted a 4:51 just 5 days after racing a Leadville Half Marathon.  Jose Solis and Jeremy Parker raced to speedy times of 5:25 and 5:18.  Jeremy outstepped Liz Reyes by a couple of milli seconds at the finish line.  Ladies Sarah Fish and Laura Jarvis showed that it's not just the guys who get to have all the fun posting amazing matching times of 6:16.
  • Avery Four on the Fourth:  The day began with "special bets" between friendly rivals Nick Crowl and Keith Hoffman.  Nick got Keith yet again in the 4k in a time of 15:28 to Keith's 15:31.  Looks like Keith will be racing (and hopefully beating Nick) the Pearl Street Mile in a pink tutu and women's racing singlet.  Aaron Garnet finished between the betting lads in 15:22 which was good for 2AG and 2 6 packs of Avery beer.  Heather North hung on after just racing Leadville Heavy Half 5 days before too in 17:30 and 3AG.  Jose Solis 17:37 and Scott Jacobson 18:18 was right behind with Amy Lease 18:21 2AG showing that age is just a number.  Sarah Fish and Laura Jarvis did the double as well and posted 18:43 and 21:01 (pacing).  Other awesome times were Lisa Reeves 20:28, Bret Stevens 20:54, Jenna Monaster 21:08, Ginny Landes 21:23 2AG, Logan Callihan 21:49, Tanaya Kawakami 21:51, Whitney Alt 21:54, Emily Janus 22:06, Isabel Reeves 22:08, Jodi Grossman 22:59,  Nancy Renken 23:02, Anne Reeder 23:05, Joan Wolbier 26:18, and Heather Williams 27:49 PR!
  • Firekracker 5K (Fort Collins):  Coach Andrew Lesser 15:17 ran a stellar time for 3rd place!  
  • Erie 4miler:  Jenni Keil raced the 4mile to come away with a 3rd overall mens and womens combined.
  • Crested Butte 1/3 Marathon on the 4th: In the beautiful yet challenging course, Bruce Wiener finished in 1:03:03, good for 33rd out of 359. If you check the results you'll see how many people finished within a second or two of him. He had the finishing kick to fend a lot of them off!
  • Independence Day 5K (Highlands Ranch):  Bobbie Hickman 26:38 4AG, Scott Grados 28:58, Denise Stark 31:54. 
  • Loveland Liberty 5k:  Gene Nehring won his age group with a time of 37:38.  Congrats on the win!!!!  Alastair Norcross and wife Diana both posted great times with a 21:51 (4AG) and 26:41 (HUGE PR and 3AG).
  • Bainbridge Island 5k (Washington):  Sarah Hiam just got a 1 minute course PR (29:13) in the very hilly July 4th 5k. Her time for that race has improved by over 7 minutes since she first ran it in 2008 and she's thrilled!
  • Lakewood Firecracker 10K in western NY:  It started in a drenching rain but Gwyn Barley ended up 3rd in age group - all worth it!
  • Boogie's Buddy Race on the 4th (Aspen):  Tanya Ramond raced a stellar time of 47:48 for tthe 5 mile course over some challenging terrain.
  • CU Potts Field Track Meet:  Our own Virginia Schultz kicked butt on the track this 4th of July: 20.28 for 100 meter and 45.3 for 200 meter! Way to go, woman!

June 2013
  • North Fork 50K (Pine CO): Janet Pettit running her first 50K on her birthday ran a very impressive  2nd in her age group in 6:45. Happy b-day and congrats Janet.
  • Leadville Marathon (at 10,000+ft):  New RR member Ken Fries proved his toughness despite suffering with a knee issue and still completed this extremely challenging course. Ken is a veteran of the Leadville 100 so all in a days work.
  • Leadville Heavy Half (16 miles at 10,000+ft): Quite a few tough cookies took to this one, including John Loverich in a very impressive 15th O.A and 5th in his A.G. in 2:33, Keith Hoffman wasn't too far behind in in 2:40 taking  a whopping 19 minutes off last years time for 26th O.A and 4th A.G. Coach Heather North ran a great race given limited training finishing 7th O.A female in 2:55 after running the full trail marathon last year. Ellen Helgen enjoyed a great race in a time of 3:27, another new RR member Chelsea Paul ran well for 3:37, ageless wonder Ginny Landes scored another A.G win in 3:40, trail guru Anu Sharma finished in 3:57, Michelle Lapuente ran a solid 4:23, Sarah Hiam ran 4:53 only two weeks after running the Mt Evans Ascent and ever smiling Ellie Landau finished only seconds behind her also in 3:53. Congrats to all of you.
  • Lookout Mountain Triathlon (Golden): Dan Kopelove crushed his first ever tri with with a 2nd in A.G and an impressive 15th O.A.  Jose Solis scored top 5 in his A.G with a 4 min PR and Joan Wolbier finished an incredible 3rd A.G. Great racing guys.TriBella Sprint Triathlon:  Shawn Graffiti ripped a great one finishing 9th A.G.  
  • Lyons River Run:  Alastair Norcross got a course PR of 22:04, and Run Cat finished in 27:01 for a new 5K PR (previously27:21) and a course PR (previously 28:44). Congrats to you both.
  • Ironman Coeur d' Alene:  RR's own Nutrition expert, Dina Griffin put theory into practice crossing the finish line in 12:14.58 for 14th in her A.G. Ruth Robertson in her second full Ironman event in 8 months, finished a very impressive 21st in her A.G. in 12:58.48. Well done ladies, you are both bada$es for doing this event! 
  • Lake to Lake Triathlon (Loveland) Jackie Mironescu 8th in AG and PRed on the run, Shawn Grafitti 4th in AG
  • TriBoulder Shannon Lundsford Crazy PRs in all 3 disciplines and finished right under 3hr! Ann Craig AWESOME RACE just 5months after giving birth to little Josie. Nancy Lucero Swam like a fish and finished 2nd in her AG. Congrats to all.
  • Estes Park (Pole Hill) Trail Ascent:  Lyle Rosbothom  tore is up again at 64 years young finishing first in his A.G in 1:03.42, Anu Sharma ran an excellent 1)7.21 for 5th in her A.G. and the ever young Ginny Landes also topped the podium in her A.G in 1:12.09,. Great tough running from all. 
  • Slacker Half Marathon (Georgetown): 4 mile race: Ingrid Femenias kicked butt for her first AG win in 30:21. Half Marathon: Good friend of RR, Peter Vail finished second OA in 1:11.18, with wife Danielle winning her AG in 1:28.18. Adelaida Leptich ran a solid 2:03.38 and Littleton group runner, Scott Grados ran a good race for 2:20.39.
  • Colorado Corporate Challenge 8K, Louisville: David Wurtz 29:51, Fred Beavers 33.25.
  • Mt Evens Accent (14.5 miles up to 14, 000ft!!!): Libby Beneski 2:52 (24th OA F), Ginny Landes 3:26 (2nd AG), Sarah Hiam 4:17. Congrats ladies. You are all super-beings.
  • Father's Day 4K (Boulder): Coach Chris Grauch 13:10 (2nd OA), Russ Stein 13:44 (3rd OA), Stuart Geer 15:24 (1st AG), Henry Romero 17:13 (3rd AG), Gavin Geer, 18:37 1st AG, 9 yrs old!), Todd Mosher 24:30. 
  • Father's Day 5K (Fort Collins): Coach Andrew Lesser 15:24 (2nd OA). 
  • Garden of the Gods 10M (Colorado Springs):  Andrew Lesser 55:26, Henry Romero 1:14, Margaret Romero 1:26 (6min PR),  Sarah Fish 1:27 (6min PR). 
  • Sunrise Stampede 10K (Longmont):  Carl Kinney 36:05, Shannon Kinney 39:40, Clay Evans 46:48 1st race in 13 years and only 1 second off that race, Sacha Mittleman 51:09 PR, Lyle Rosbotham 51:15, Masao Maki 53:53, Mary Poole 56:53, Elizabeth Bauer 57:02.
  • Strides for Epilepsy 5K (Denver):  Kasia Lundquist not only had a PR and placed 1st in her AG, but finally dipped under 22 minutes with a 21:55!  Well done Kasia!
  • Skirt Sports Half Marathon (Louisville):  This was one of the toughest 1/2 marathons around will a killer hill up South Boulder road after many other hills beforehand.  Molly Gordon finished strong in 2:28.
  • ESPRIT DE SHE (Westminster):  5K:  Jenni Keil 19:48 1OA, Rosalyn Gill 34:54.  10K:  Sarah Fish 43:44 4OA, Ellen Helgen 44:41, 8OA, Ginny Landes 48:31.

  • COLFAX HALF MARATHON:  Husband and wife duo Henry and Margaret Romero had a great day of running with 1:36 and 1:48 respectively.  Nickie Kiefer ran a solid 2:11 after a patchy Spring of training.
  • PITTSBURGH MARATHON:  Bridget Leigh showed amazing strength today in a time of 3:46 to cruise to a 17 MINUTE PR.  We are excited to watch Bridget's talent progress.
  • COLORADO FULL MARATHON:  One of Ewen's personally coached athletes Annabet Soehner (Wray) surprised even herself today with a massive best and a HUGE BQ with a 3:32.  I think this is actually Annabet's first marathon.
  • COLORADO HALF MARATHON:  Debbie Hathaway took a weekend off from kayaking to run 1:50.  Laura Sims ran a 1:54 after a relaxing vacation and a Spring full of sickness.  She has a lot more in her future and this is a great start with a PR!  Caolan MacMahon ran a 2:16 today and Sarah Hiam ran a 2:17 with a 3min PR. Debbie Hathaway, 1:50, 1st A.G.!!

  • LOUISVILLE TRAIL HALF MARATHON:  Ellie Landau, 3:03. (after a few injury issues).
  • CHICK-FIL-A AT LARKRIDGE (THORTON):  RR member and coach tore up the course to beat all men and women with a time of 19:40 only 5 mos after having her baby Teagan.  This is only the beginning!
  • GREENLAND TRAIL 25K:  Janet Pettit ran a 2:32 on her way to race a 50K in June as a solid training run.  Really impressive Janet!
  • GREENLAND TRAIL 8M:  Lyle Rosbotham won his age group with 1:12 and felt amazing enough to negative split. Shawn Graffiti raced the 8 mile and took a whopping 9 minutes off of her time there last year with more mud!

  • EUGENE 5K:  RR Director showed everyone that he knows how to stay fit by following the same guidelines he dishes out to his runners with an overall win of 15:45 finishing with a sprint in Hayward Field.  Stefanie Wilkins ran a 27:04 to add another PR to her long list on a hilly difficult course.
  • EUGENE HALF MARATHON:  David Wurtz cruised to a 1:18 after hiking nearly 24 hours in two days prior to his race.  And was 10th in his AG.  Dan Kopelove owes so much of his 5 minute PR to dog Agave for her help with his 1:27 finish.  Other RR members included Dominique Igoe 1:31, Heather North 1:35, Amy Lease 1:40 who had a HUGE PR and won her AG at 59!!, Sarah Fish 1:45 and 3 min PR, Ingrid Feminias 1:47, Ellen Helgen 1:54 and 5 min PR, Kelly Crowl 2:12 and a hugely successful race of 2:40 from Gene Nehring who was smiling at mile 9 when the group was cheering him on. 
  • EUGENE FULL MARATHON:  Consistency shows brightly here with Nick Crowl 3:22 30min PR, Alastair Norcross 3:41 6min PR, Kim Shugar 3:50 2min PR, Jose Solis 4:02 PR, Bret Stevens, and Diana Norcross 4:33.
  • BIG SUR MARATHON:  In one of the nation's hardest road marathons Timi Aguilar finished is a 10:50 pace of 4:43.  Well done on a massive accomplishment!
  • RACE FOR OPEN SPACE 5K:  In the middle of her Professional MBA studies, Denver runner Maureen McDonnell finally made it out to race, finishing an excellent 2nd O.A. woman in 24:22. Congrats Maureen. 
  • EARTH DAY 5K:  RR Director Ewen North stepping out for the second time in as many weeks and got his first win in a while coming home in 16:47. Nick Crowl in his final tune up for the Eugene Marathon wasn't far behind in 19:09. Chasing him was Jose Solis also heading to Euegene Marathon, ran 21:07 with coach Heather North right behind him in 21:14 in her first 5K race in some time. All three won their respective age group while Heather was 3rd O.A. female and Nick 4th O.A male. Husband and wife Team Alastair and Diana Norcross also used this race as a tune up for Eugene Marathon both managed PR's of 21:25 and 27:44 respectively. Looking good for Eugene. New RR member Tim Mullen rocked a great time for sub 31 in 30:46, under 10 min mies which is excellent. Long time RR member and supreme fast finisher Virginia Schultz ran a new PR by 20 seconds finishing in 32:48. Great running and congrats to all.Thanks also to Jeff Rheiner for coming out in support and taking pics at this event.
  • BOSTON MARATHON:  Mr Consistent, fast Russ Stein was back for another crack at the marathon finishing in 2:32.49. Surely he will break 2:30 very soon. Aaron Garnett PR'ed by about a minute in 3:04.56 on the tough Boston course. Coach and Rev Runner Kelly Luck took about 15 minutes off her previous best coming home in an excellent 3:28. Yet another best for Stephanie Kurland, running 3:30.51 for a 5 minute improvement. Unfortunately, due to yesterdays tragedy, Nancy Antos was unable to finish but was predicted at about 4:25 with only 5 or 6 minutes left of running to go.Congrats to all and we are very glad you are safe and unharmed.
  • BIG D HALF MARATHON (DALLAS):  Denver RR member and Dallas native, Mary McCallister crushed a fantastic new PR and achieved her goal of sub two hours finishing in 1:59, a 6 minute best.
    Excellent running from all.
  • CANINE CLASSIC 5K:  Canine Classic 5K: Michael Calcote ran 24:49 and Gwyn Barley finished in 27:36, no doubt both were running with their pooches.
  • FRANK SHORTER RACE4KIDS 5K:   This race had extremely windy conditions with gusts up to 40 mph. RR Director Ewen North put on the racing flats for the first time in a while, finishing 4th O.A. in 17:49.Stuart Geer wasn't too far behind in 20:17, placing first in his A.G. Online Runner Amy Moore ran 25:18 which was great for the conditions.

  • LA MARATHON:  Samara Kapich finished in 4:26 for her very first marathon which included some injuries and blisters in her final month of training.  Well done!!!

  • CHILLY CHEEKS DUATHLON:  Reppin' the Revolution in the (way) off-season: T Ride: wire-to-wire series fat tire Champion! Abby Beattie: wire-to-wire series fat tire Champion! Myriam Depauw: Master's female open-division series podium!, 3rd place with only 2 starts! And many strong showings throughout the series from Shannon, Emily, Jose, Jackie, Libby, Roger, and coaches from Denver and Boulder. Way to get out there and have some fun in the winter! Can't wait for spring!
  • FROZEN FOOT 5K:  Run in a foot of snow and blizzard conditions, runners true toughness was definitely tested.  Dan Kopelove ran a stellar 21:39, Michael Calcote posted a 25:16 just getting back after a lengthy bout with achilles issues, and Gloria Calcote Yaktrax and all ran a 41:34 trudging through the thick snow.
  • PORT ARKANSAS BEACH DASH 5K:  Alex Witze had an unbelievable 2 MINUTE personal best with a windy course that ran through the beach and posted a 25:02.

  • RALSTON CREEK HALF MARATHON:  Libby Beneski took almost 10 minutes off of her previous best to run a 1:47.  Here's to more bests.
  • SUPER BOWL 5K DENVER:  Two Revolution Runners broke the famed 20 minute mark this weekend with a 19:47 and 19:50 by Michael Neumann and Dan Kopelove respectively.  Ironically neither runner knew the other as Michael is a Denver runner and Dan is a Boulder runner.  With such close times it almost appears like they were racing to the finish together!
  • SURF CITY HALF MARATHON: Laura Sims blazed to a personal best during a mid-season "fun" half marathon on her way to Canyonlands in March and ran a 2:00.12.  Without a doubt I think you can say she will easily break 2 hours.

  • 3M AUSTIN HALF MARATHON: Several impressive PR's and good race times despite cold and windy conditions; Alastair Norcross was just 16 seconds off his PR, running 1:42:55 (no fruit passed him this time), Nancy Antos run a great new PR, in 1:57.02, Diana Norcross incredibly got yet another half PR (by 1 minute and 40 seconds), in 2:03:13. Kelly Crowl down from high altitude training in Craig ran a very good 2:09, Jenn Thompson finish in 2:19 and a very sick Nick Crowl gutted it out for 2:41. 
  • CHRISTMAS CLASSIC 5K: Chris Huyer ran a good 27:15.
  • ARBOR DAY 5K:  Amy Lease produced yet another best with a 23:37 and I'm sure placed very high up in the age group standing.

  • SANTA STAMPEDE 5K:  Coach Bobby Reyes finished 2nd O.A in 16:38, while wife Liz ran 20:27 for 6th O.A. female. Several of our Littleton locals took part including Gill Barker, who was 3rd in his A.G in 23:45, Bobbie Hickman 27:18 for 2nd A.G. and Susan Babcock only 1 second behind Bobbie for 3rd in the same A.G.
  • SANTA STAMPEDE 10K: Russ Stein showed he's coming back from injury finishing 5th O.A in 34:31. Virginia Landes ran well in 53:37, Rick Lane ran 54:31and new Denver members Amanda Tarr and Lisa Hamilton ran 1:05.55.
  • Tucson Marathon - Dominique Igoe 3:16 and Caolan McMahon 3:48.  Well done ladies!
  • Tucson Half Marathon - David Wurtz planned well to be at the finish line of the marathon for his wife by racing a 1:16 which was good enough for 3rdAG and 7thOA.
  • White Rock Marathon - Ewen North managed to run 2:44 on a tough hot day.  Goes to show  even the best can have a rough one.
  • Cal International Marathon - Sacramento  With torrential rain and hurricane force winds both BoldRunners who braved this race had sizable personal bests.  Rob Baumgartner ran 3:08 and bested by ONE HOUR!  Tanya Kern ran 3:26 to PR by 5 minutes.  Conditions probably added around 10 minutes for each athlete.
  • Rock Creek Half Marathon - Pueblo  Serial "Mr. Inconsistent" Keith Hoffman ran a 1:29 with a massive best by 12min.  Rick Lane grabbed a 2:02 while grand master Ginny Landes ran 2:12. Jill Daugherty dipped 15min under her goal and ran 2:15 right in front of Sacha Mittleman who also posted a 2:15.  Jeff Romberger ran a solid 2:37.

  • Mesa Mi Amigos Turkey Trot 10K:  Amy Lease traveled to be 2nd in her AG and get a huge 30 second PR in 48:46.
  • Ironman Arizona:  A huge BoldRunning congrats to multisport member Ruth Robertson who not only finished her FIRST Ironman in but absolutely crushed it in 12:30!!!!
  • Philadelphia Marathon:  Ellen Helgen completed her very first marathon is 4:24 and teammate Eileen Coleman finished one second away from her goal of 4:30.  Well done ladies - legs of steel!  Ian Winson of our Denver group took 6 minutes off his best with a 4:51.
  • JFK 50mile:  Coach Trent Briney proved he IS a world-class endurance runner today by taking second behind Max King in 5:38.  Back only three minutes, the two crushed the course record as well.
  • Brighton Turkey Trot:  The legendary Nancy Antos placed 1st in her AG with a 26:01 and won a ton of cool prizes for her run.
  • Panicking Poultry 5k - Boulder: Stuart Geer (18:36 1st AG/18OA), Rob Baumgartnet (18:43 20th OA), Gavin Geer (22:24 PR and 8 years old!), Lyle Rosbotham (24:09 4AG and missed his PR by 1sec at 63!, Jackie Mironescu 25:24 PR, Sarah Hiam (28:50 1min PR!).
  • BoldRunning Coaches pulled off a 4th, 5th, 6th at the Longmont Turkey Trot with Trent Briney  (33:02), Ewen North (33:20), and Bobby Reyes (33:30).  BoldRunners put forth some impressive personal bests on this "long" 10k course.  David Wurtz (37:03), Rob Baumgartner (39:44 PR!), Aaron Garnett (40:13 PR!), Bosco Keown (41:42), Liz Reyes (42:07), Sarah Fish (49:30 PR! and finally under 50), Katie Frye (53:51 PR!), and Andrea Zelinko (1:02).  Let's also not forget Roger Dickens who braved the 2 mile with a personal best time of 17:31!
  • Santa Barbara Half Marathon:  Randy Eastland proved that getting older means getting huge personal bests.  He took an astounding 9 minutes off of his best to run a 1:41!
  • Malibu Marathon:  Our own Sam Shaw ran an impressive 3:56 which placed him 1st in his age group. 
  • Bobbie Hickman from Littleton ran a solid 10k at the Home Sweet Home in 55:38 for her second run back after back surgery to finish an impressive 3rd in her age group during a windy and cold race. 

October
  • Tracy Davis who ran a new 5K PR, 16 seconds faster the her previous best over the weekend.
  • Bold runners had a great day today in Loveland10K, with lots of PR's and age group placings. In the 10K Alastair Norcross ran 44:08, which was a 2:40 PR and 1st AG (and 15th overall). Diana Norcross ran 55:33, which was a 6 minute PR, and 3rd AG.David Wurtz ran about 36:30, which got him 3rd overall and 2nd AG. Paul Greenberg ran just over 50, and got 2nd AG. Jeff Berlinran 62 for a 5 minute PR. Virginia Schultz ran 63 for an 11 minute PR! In the 5K Lyle Rosbotham got 1st in his age group with a 25:49. In the Half Marathon Dominique Igoe Wurtz ran 1:34 for 4th in her AG. Jacqui Chiplin ran about 2:08 in her first race in 2 years.
  • Austin 70.3:  Scott Murphy checked off another first distance today with a 7:20! 
  • Eerie Erie 5k: Allison Steele 19:47 1st OA, Caolan MacMahon 23:17 NYM time trial 6th OA.  Ali is recovering from TC Marathon and Caolan is preparing for NY Marathon.  Impressive ladies!
  • Eerie Erie 10K:  Emily Steele 42:30 2nd OA, Amy Lease 49:15 9th OA/3rd AG and best 10k since 1997 - WOW! Janet Pettit 52:48, Nancy Renken 55:58 (PR).
  • Littleton Stride:  Well done to one of our Littleton folks Bobbie Hickman in 55:03 and 3rd in her age group after a year of recovery including a back surgery.  Well done and here's to a great 2013!

  • CSU Halloween 5K benefit for the Triathlon Club:  Virginia Schultz impresses us again about a week after setting a 5k at the same course.  She posted an impressive 31:54 (>1min PR, 3AG).  HUGE PR!
  • 4 Bridges Half Marathon – Chattanooga TN: Ginger O’Malley 1:47 (first Half).  Ginger just wanted to break 2:00, but rocked this course and annihilated her goal by almost 15 minutes!

  • Sombrero 4.5M Trail Run - Estes Park  This is a tough course and Paul Greenburg 50:37 3AG and Amy Eckerdt 1:01 ran amazingly well!
  • Philadelphia RnR Half Marathon - Philadelphia Solid performances today by Bobby Reyes 1:13, Alison Steele 1:24, and Liz Reyes 1:32!
  • Fans on the Field 5k/10k - Denver  Huge congrats to Tanya Ramond who had a 19sec PR with a 56:04 (back to where she was pre-kids in 2005)!
  • Harvest Moon 70.3 - Aurora   This was a super hot, hilly, and of course windy triathlon.  Mimi Depauw raced her heart out with a 6:19
  • Ironman Wisconsin - Madison WI   So many months of dedicated hard work paid off big time for Becky Emerle 12:51 and Jake Lewis 11:29!  You are an IRONMAN!
  • Rememberance Run Half Marathon - Arvada Henry Romero ran a 1:36 which beat his previous half PR by almost 7 minutes and Scott Jacobson finished in a solid 1:42.
  • Imogene Pass Trail Run - Ouray CO  Despite a bad fall, Nate Beckwith was the first BoldRunner to finish the grueling 17.1 mile course in a stellar time of 3:16.  Keith Hoffman was right behind in 3:20 and Heather North and Jackie Mironescu finished not long after in 3:46 and 4:06 respectively.  
  • Coal Creek Crossing - Louisville CO:  Paul Greenburn (aka "the man") was 1st AG in 25:03 only two weeks after competing in the Pikes Peak Marathon. 
  • Red Rock Relay (187 miles) - Utah:  Nancy Antos jointed team Osteoferocious for an amazing adventure and the team wound up rocking the course.

  • Loveland Liberty 5K:  A great flat and fast course, with excellent beer at the end. Diana and Alastair had massive pr's. Alastair ran 22:17 for a 31 second pr, and Diana ran 27:56 for a 48 second pr, and 3rd place in her age group.

June 2012

  • San Francisco Half and Full Marathon:  Congrats to Jenna Monaster 3:55 breaking 4 hours and to Ingrid Feminias who raced the half!
  • Slacker Half Marathon - Samara Kapich (1:58.23) with a huge breakthrough for her
  • Leadville Heavy Half and Full Marathon:  Time to brag on our BoldRunners up in Leadville on some hard courses! Heavy Half: Alison 15th overall, John 10th overall, Kristen 9th overall, Jackie 9th in her AG, Ginny 2nd AG, Nate 10th AG, Keith 12 AG, Sarah under 5 hrs. Marathon: Jamie 21st overall, Heather 12th overall. 
  • Tanaya has the 8th fastest swim time (with the guys included) & 4th in the women alone. Jose A Solis was 6th in his age group (30-34) for his 1st triathlon!! 
  • Congratulations to Aaron Garnett who qualified for Boston today at Grandma's Marathon with a 3:05:50. Great work! Great work Emily (and any other BoldRunners who were out at Grandmas) also!
