Winter 17 Group Swim Session - Friday's 6pm
12 WEEK WINTER SESSION - January 6 - March 24
Improve your swim technique, speed and endurance to help make a big difference in your swimming ability. A variety of levels are welcome from novice to expert. Sessions will be pertinent to those training for triathlons or for those simply wanting to use swimming as a cross training activity.

Group Bike Workout - Wednesday 6pm
16 WEEK SUMMER/FALL SESSION - June 6 -September 25
A more intense interval, hill or brick session to get your heart rate thumping and power meter burning. These sessions will meet at 6pm on Wednesday evenings at a variety of suitable locations within the Boulder area.
This is not a beginner class so you should have reasonably experienced bike skills and be ready to push yourself a little. Coaches will be on hand to help instruct, lead and provide feedback.
