Winter 17 Group Swim Session - Friday's 6pm 

12 WEEK WINTER SESSION - January 6 - March 24
Improve your swim technique, speed and endurance to help make a big difference in your swimming ability. A variety of levels are welcome from novice to expert. Sessions will be pertinent to those training for triathlons or for those simply wanting to use swimming as a cross training activity.

  • Location: South Boulder Rec Center
  • Time:  6:00-7:00 pm Friday nights

 Group Bike Workout - Wednesday 6pm 

16 WEEK SUMMER/FALL SESSION - June 6 -September 25
​
A more intense interval, hill or brick session to get your heart rate thumping and power meter burning. These sessions will meet at 6pm on Wednesday evenings at a variety of suitable locations within the Boulder area.
This is not a beginner class so you should have reasonably experienced bike skills and be ready to push yourself a little. Coaches will be on hand to help instruct, lead and provide feedback.
Fee: $119

Training Schedule

16 WEEK SUMMER/FALL SESSION - June 6 -September 25

If you desire a little more guidance on training you can also include a basic training schedule and coach to give you more specifics towards a goal triathlon event. Schedules will be focussed on Sprint, Olympic and Half-Iron distances. If you want an Ironman Program, you should check out our Personalized Coaching options here. 
​We will set you up with a coach specializing in your goal event distance plus provide you with a training schedule towards your goal race date.
Fee: $129
