Program Outline

Accomplish all of your athletic goals with the Revolution Running Multisport/Cross training Program.
Whether you are training for a Half Ironman, doing your first Sprint Triathlon, or just want to mix up your running with some cross training, the Multisport training plans are designed to get you ready to roll when it counts. 
Our program provides expert level coaching and top notch training to help you achieve your goals.
Multisport athletes will join in with the Revolution Running run group for run days and then branch off into specifics for swimming and biking.

Program Training Options 

(all include RR group run workouts up to Novemeber)
  • Sprint/Olympic Distance
  • Half-Iron or Ironman Distance
  • Cross Training

BOULDER AREA ONLY
Monday 6pm - Group Swim Session
Tuesday 7am or 6pm - Group run
Wednesday 6:00pm - Group ride
Thursday 7am or 6pm - Group run
Saturday 8am - Group long run (7:00am in heat)
Sunday 9:30am - Group long bike ride

5 Month training program
  • Sign up before 3/4/2015:     $539 | After $559
  • Online Only Training:         $299
(Program Includes all group swim and bike sessions to Sept 27 plus group Run workouts up to November)

  • Structured training geared towards goal races
