Program Details

Multisport athletes will join in with the Revolution Running run group for run days and then branch off into specifics for swimming and biking, guided by our multisport coaches.  
There will be chances to go indoors with our Friday night swim session and every third Sunday for a bike trainer workout. Participants will be encouraged into a variety of training races to keep things interesting.
Training workout

Weekly Schedule

Boulder Area Only
Tuesday 7:00am or 6:00pm - Group run session
Thursday 7:00am or 6:00pm - Group run session
Friday 6:00pm - Group Swim Session
Saturday 8:00am - Group long run
Sunday 10:00am - Group ride/run (every third week indoor trainer session 9:00am at Louisville Rec Center)

* Please Note - Training locations vary every week. Details will be included in a weekly e-mail with information about the upcoming week.  
There are 4 or 5 main locations used in all areas. Email or call for more info 

Training Races

  • Chilly Cheeks Duathlon 1, Dec 20, 
  • Chilly Cheeks Duathlon 2, Jan 17th 
  • Chilly Cheeks Duathlon 3, Feb 21st
    All at Cherry Creek State Park 10am, These will be in place of a Sunday Ride (i.e No Sunday ride if the race is that Saturday)
